Be Prepared!

Today was such an emotional day. Tyler prepared the sacrament for the first time and I cried the entire time. I can't believe how far we have all come this past year and a half. We were given a new Bishop and Counselors,(one stayed the same just moved to 1st Counselor) and everyone spoke and the spirit was so strong. We're excited for the new Bishopric. My primary class made a card for exiting Bishop and I pulled him out of Gospel Doctrine and the kids were so excited when they saw him walk through the door.
We met at Joey's tonight because Bucky prepared a disaster information meeting as the head of the family, and handed out material and we watched a few short DVD's. The food was good too. I've put a few links on the blog. She asked me what I learned, and I said, "We're all gonna die", but seriously, we need to be prepared at least for 72 hours for each person in our family. We are responsible for our own family. You cannot depend on anyone else to provide water, food, or shelter for you or you family. Take care!
